The Nanny monitor is a medical device which has been independly tested in clinical trials. Nanny BM-02 Baby Respiration monitor complies with 93/42/EEC Directive Class IIb and is therefore certified as a medical device. Nanny has undergone and passed thorough independent testing in a hospital environment as part of the clinical assessment phase.

Websoll will replace legitimate faulty goods via the 2 year product Warranty for any product which is found to be faulty, and is not faulty as a result of being mistreated, mishandled, incorrectly installed or tampered with.Websoll will endeavour to replace the product as soon as possible upon confirmation of a legitimate warranty claim. The product may be required to be sent overseas for repair or replacement (whichever is deemed appropriate based upon the nature of the fault). Websoll advises that it will endeavour to swap faulty goods as soon as possible if there is sufficient warranty stock available at the time. However, customers need to be aware that there could be a delay if product is sent overseas. It will be the purchasers / customers responsibility for shipping costs for Warranty Claims to Websoll Australia. Websoll will ship the replacement or repaired product back to the customer free of charge.

It is recommended that upon receipt of the product, the purchaser thoroughly test the Nanny Monitor to ensure that it is in good working order. Websoll Australia can not be held responsible for goods during transit. Therefore it is at the purchasers discretion to ensure that the product is working and functioning correctly. Websoll Australia also recommends to routinely conduct functional tests on Nanny throughout the products usage to ensure that it is in good working order.

Refunds will be given if the product has not been used and is in original condition, package is unopened and not damaged. All requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. The refund amount will be the cost of the product(s) less the cost of any postage that has been paid by Websoll Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd. Where the cost of postage has been paid by the purchaser, a full refund will be given. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for costs associated with that of shipping for returning the product. All products must be in original condition, undamaged packaging and not used. It will be the purchasers responsibility to post the product(s) back and at their own cost. The refund will be given upon confirmation of condition of goods shipped back to Websoll Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd.
